35A 370 Case Supreme Court asks Centre for timeframe to Restore J&K Statehood.

 The SC on Tuesday, on hearing the Composition 35A 370 case, asked the Govt to indicate if there's a time to restore again the state for J&K. On Monday, CJ Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud said Composition 35A of the Indian Constitution which was torned in 2019 August, ‘ took down abecedarian mortal rights ’.
