Imran Khan's immediate release doubtful due to his arrest in missing cipher case. immediate release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf( PTI) Chairman Imran Khan is doubtful despite the orders for his release in the Toshakhana case due to his arrest in the missing cipher case. In a major legal palm on Tuesday, the former high minister who's confined at Attock jail — got relief from the Islamabad High Court( IHC) which suspended the judgment awarded to him in the Toshakhana case and ordered his release on bail. still, the former premier is likely to remain confined despite release orders. The Federal Investigation Agency( FIA) officially arrested the former high minister who was ousted from office after a no- confidence stir in April last time — According to Official Secret Act 1923, in his imprisonment in Attock jail in the Toshakhana case. Thecounter-terrorism sect of the FIA had registered an FIR in the case against Khan after for losing and misusing the classified document for political purposes. During the trial of the case, the judge of a special court formed under the Official Secrets Act has remanded Khan into judicial guardianship in jail till August 30. The court has also directed the supervisor of Attock jail to keep theex-PM in the judicial lockup and present him upon completion of the remand period. thus he can not be incontinently released fromjail.On March 27, 2022, ahead of the vote of no- confidence that redounded in his ouster, former premier Imran had pulled out a piece of paper – allegedly the cipher – from his fund and gestured it in a public gathering in Islamabad, claiming it was the substantiation of an “ transnational conspiracy ” being incubated to trip his government. still, during the interrogation with the common disquisition platoon( JIT) in the jail on August 26, Khan denied that the paper he gestured at a public gathering last time was the cipher. He also admitted to losing the cipher, saying he could not recall where he kept it.   

The cipher case against the former premier came serious after his star clerck Azam Khan stated before a justice as well as the FIA that the former PM had used the US cipher for his ‘ political earnings ’ and to forestall a vote of no- confidence against him. The former mandarin, in his concession, said when he handed theex-premier with the cipher, he was “ ecstatic ” and nominated the language a “ US boob

             ”. The former minister, according to Azam, also said that it could be used for “ creating a stance against establish ment and opposition partoes ”. Azam also said tht the US cipher was also used in political gatherings by the PTI former president, besides his advice to avoid such acts. He also told that the former
